 In order to protect the credit card holders, we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card. If you want us to ship to a different address, you must register the shipping address with your credit card company.
 
It is quite simple. Call your credit card company and ask to register your shipping address as an "alternative shipping address" or "for shipping purpose only." This way, we can call your credit card company to verify your information once we received your order.
 
International customers we accept wire transfer only other than Canada.
 
 
How to order
 
Order Online: Visit us at www.sonicalabs.com to order online, seven days a week, 24 hours per day. Just about everything we sell is available online, and you can order with confidence through our secure server. Order by Phone: To place an order with Sonica Audio Labs by phone, call us at 1.888.PRO.DAW4. We'll put you in touch with your Sales Engineer, who can offer you late-breaking product information, news of special offers, and price, availability and shipping details on your purchase. E-mail Orders: Send an e-mail request to sales_support@sonicalabs.com. Your Sales Engineer will respond quickly with the information you need to complete your order. We strongly recommend that you NOT include credit card numbers or other personal financial information in your e-mail. E-mails are not secure and your information could be intercepted in transit. Orders from outside of the USA:  We ship via Fedex Air insured. Average laptop price to EU is $200, full system $400, does  not include Vat, or Duties tax. Check with your local customs office for your local import tax rate. All sonica systems include universal power supplies. International customers will need to call or email for final totals including shipping.
 
 
How to cancel or change an order: 
 
We work hard to ensure that the product(s) you order from Sonica Audio Labs are the right fit for your needs and your budget. However, we recognize that on occasion you must cancel or change an order. The first thing to do is call your Sonica Audio Labs Sales Engineer at 1.888.PRO.DAW4. Many orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours, so it is sometimes impossible to stop your order from shipping. In this case your Sales Engineer will assist you with a Return Authorization request. While we maintain the most liberal return policy in the industry, some items cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include software and any item that is considered personal, such as an earphone or instrument mouthpiece.
 
 
What is Sonica's money back and return policy?
  • 30 day money back guarantee on all Tower, Rack and Laptop computer systems. If you are not completely satisfied with any computer system product, return it for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.  A 20% (or more)restocking fee will be applied to products that are returned with dents, scratches or missing materials.
  • Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), and show no signs of wear or use.
  • No check or credit card refunds will be made until the refused or returned equipment has arrived to a Sonica facility for inspection.
  • The actual shipping cost on a product with free shipping is non refundable.
  • Before returning a product you must call 1.888.PRO.DAW4 to obtain an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for a period of ten (10) days. You must ship the product back to us within the 10 day RMA period. If the product has not been shipped within 10 days, we will no longer accept the product back to us.
  • If a customer is not able to take delivery of a product and UPS, FEDEX or USPS has to send the product back to Sonica, no check or credit card refund will be made until the refused or returned equipment has arrived to a Sonica facility for inspection.
  • Allow 5 to 10 days for a credit to show on your credit card statement. Some banks take longer than others.
 
Shipping damage or lost packages:
  • Products damaged in shipping must be reported to us with-in 72 hours. All shipping carriers have a very strict time limit.
  • When a product is returned to us, Sonica Audio Labs,  is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping due to improper or substandard packaging, even if Sonica Audio Labs, has initiated or paid for shipping back to us.  Use common sense when packaging a product.
  • Damages not reported to us after 12 days will in no way be paid for by us or the carrier.
  • Damaged products reported to us in the proper time frame will be picked up and repaired/replaced by us, with no cost to you.
  • Do not hire an outside company, technician or consultant to repair a Sonica system damaged during transit as this will void it's warranty and we are not responsible for the costs associated. Damaged products or products that do not work when received must be returned to a Sonica facility for inspection. Call support for more information.
  • Damaged Computers do not constitute a refund, we will fix or replace at our disgression.

Sonica Audio Labs accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards, Paypal as well as money order, or certified check or personal check by phone (a waiting period is required for the check to clear).

 
 
No sales tax:
 
Sonica Audio Labs does not collect the sales tax for any purchases made from outside of the state of Kentucky. In other states, each customer is responsible for their own taxes.
