When you purchase a computer system, audio hardware and audio software from Sonica, or if you have your own gear, we can install it into your new system. In addition, we will sound check and image your system drive for easy system recovery in the event of a catastrophic system failure. This service is free of charge with the purchase of a new computer system.
 
 
 
 

The 9 Step Process

 
 
 
  1. Place an order for a new system with us on-line or by calling toll free: 1.888.PRO.DAW4
  2. If your order includes an audio interface and / or audio software, it will be installed and tested in your new system by a qualified Sonica technician.
  3. If you have your own gear and you woud like to send it to us for installation in your new system, follow the instructions below;
  4. Print the order confirmation e-mail received after placing an order for a new system.
  5. Pack your gear and include the order confirmation e-mail with your package.
  6. Insure package for full value.
  7. Mail package to: Sonica Audio Labs, LLC, 215 South Broadway - Unit 221 - Salem, NH 03079
  8. Send us the tracking number via e-mail and contact your sales engineer.

  Software Registration  
 
 
 
  We install and test but do not register software components for you. When you register a software product you are entering into a legal agreement between you the customer and the company who developed the software component. Registering software should be done by you the customer after reading your software license.
